All of our in-house training options can be delivered online, perfect for if your delegates work from home or if they work at multiple locations.

The types of courses available

Mediator qualification

If you're looking to train up a group of fully-qualified mediators, look no further than the Level 4 Interpersonal Mediation Practitioner's Certificate (IMPC).

Mediation skills

Our one- and two-day courses are perfect for groups who want some mediation skills to use in their roles, but who do not need a qualification.

Conflict competence

Designed for leaders who want to address difficult topics amongst teams, chair contentious meetings, or address conflict without the use of mediation.

Next steps

Designed for groups who have already had some mediation training, our Next Steps courses aim to top-up their skills and continue their development.

Conflict Competence for Leaders

Today's leaders need to be able to address and manage conflict in the workplace. This is especially the case in meetings, when addressing difficult topics amongst teams, and when resolving their own and others' disagreements.

In response to this need, we have developed a range of one-day masterclasses as an alternative to our mediation training courses. These are designed to equip leaders with the skills required to address commonly-encountered conflict situations in the moment.
