The audit looked at a number of factors in how the business is run, including customer communication, training course design, and evaluation and feedback, and we were pleased to learn that UK Mediation passed all areas with no recommendations for improvement.
Simply put, anyone who deals with UK Mediation can be totally assured of the quality of our training courses and mediation services, and of the high-level efficiency of our customer service. We are regularly told that our ISO:9001 certification is a major factor in organisations and individuals choosing to work with us, and clients are only too aware of the importance of a recognised quality standard.
This re-accreditation is also indicative of the pro-active steps UK Mediation has taken in 2021, joining our International Mediation Institute (IMI) recognition last month.
