Today's leaders need to be able to address and manage conflict in the workplace. This is especially the case in meetings, when addressing difficult topics amongst teams, and when resolving their own and others' disagreements.

In response to this need, we have developed a range of one-day masterclasses as an alternative or add-on to our mediation training courses. These are designed to equip leaders with the skills required to address the most commonly-encountered conflict situations.

Topics include Chairing Contentious Meetings, planning and conducting Confident Conversations, and applying some transferable Conflict Resolution Skills.

We can deliver these customised programmes face-to-face or online, with group sizes managed to encourage the interactive style of the training.
