We’re proud to announce that, in our 20th anniversary year, UK Mediation has gained the ISO 9001 Quality Management certification for the seventh consecutive time!
We pride ourselves on providing clients with the best possible services and, to do this, it is important to have a recognised quality management system in place. Ours runs through every aspect of the organisation, in both our mediation services and training, and reflects our ongoing commitment to quality.
And, as it currently stands, UK Mediation is the only ISO-certified mediation services and training provider in the UK!
On top of this, we are re-assessed every year by the British Assessment Bureau, the organisation who provides the certification. This further ensures that we are adhering to their standards, as well as, most importantly, striving to improve what we currently do. It’s a rigorous examination that leaves no stone unturned, thoroughly examining how we manage all aspects of the business, including:
- Staff development
- Customer communication
- Training course design
- Feedback and evaluation
- Accounts and finance
Customers and clients often tell us that knowing we have ISO 9001 certification, along with twenty years of mediation experience, gives them confidence to work with us.
And it’s clear to see why from our evaluations! Following every mediation case and training course, participants are asked to evaluate a number of our services’ core aspects, including preparatory information provided, course materials, training methods, and support received from the mediator or trainer.
The results we’ve received from the last quarter of 2018 more than speak for themselves:
As you can see, of 718 pieces of feedback received, 99% were either ‘Satisfied’ or ‘Very Satisfied’. In fact, 79% gave us top marks!
