Our guest, Arabella Tresilian, is an accredited Civil, Commercial, and Employment Mediator, specialising in health, social care, and the workplace.
Coming from a 20-year background in the public sector, Arabella turned her skills to supporting those in conflict to resolve disagreements, relate better to one another, and repair their relationships.
She utilises these skills in both her mediation practice and training delivery, delivering services and courses to the NHS, universities, local authorities, and private sector workplaces.
Arabella will also be joining UK Mediation CEO, Dr Mike Talbot, to answer questions in an interactive Q+A session.
