Resolution Roundtable: March 2025

We were pleased to host another Resolution Roundtable on Friday 21st March, chaired by our founder, Dr. Mike Talbot.

This was a unique live interactive event, which took place on Zoom, in which Mike lead a discussion and information exchange with those in attendance.

We heard some great reflections, mediation 'war stories', and questions from attendees, including:

• Real-life cases that have challenged them, and/or where learning had been accelerated

• Skills that they have found particularly helpful in their work

• Curveballs, slips & trips, or anything where the case didn't go quite as planned

• Conflict situations where mediation had a surprising outcome, for better or worse
