Conflict Competence in the Workplace

Today's leaders need to be able to address and manage conflict in the workplace. This is especially the case in meetings, when addressing difficult topics amongst teams, and when resolving their own and others' disagreements.

In response to this need, we developed a range of one-day masterclasses as an alternative or add-on to our mediation training courses. These popular programmes were designed to equip leaders with the skills required to address the most commonly-encountered conflict situations.

In this webinar, we looked at our customised suite of training programmes, and also explored why these soft skills are required in the modern workplace.

There was also be a Q+A session with UK Mediation CEO, Dr Mike Talbot, who answered questions from the audience.
