Based on the pioneering work of our founder and CEO, Dr. Mike Talbot, this webinar looks at the anatomy and psychology of conflict: how we get into disputes, how we get stuck there, and what we need from an impartial third party in order to resolve a range of conflicts.

Not only does the presentation explore our unique model of interpersonal mediation (re:talk), it also looks at how it translates into our online model, re:connect. This is, of course, a very topical subject at the moment, and we are excited to share with you the recent successes we’ve had using this approach to virtual conflict resolution.

There is also an interactive Q+A session at the end of the presentation, where Mike answers any questions from those live in attendance.
