No one can deny that social media are here to stay. Services such as Facebook and Twitter are part of many peoples’ everyday lives and, while they can be a benign source of communication or entertainment, when people are in conflict, they can become weapons.

When mediating workplace conflicts, we are increasingly seeing disputing parties using social media to attack each other, either directly, or, more often, behind their backs.

This webinar looks at the issues surrounding social media’s part in modern interpersonal conflicts and consider how this should inform mediation practice.
