Our CEO & Founder, Dr Mike Talbot, guides you through UK Mediation’s seven-stage mediation model, and explores how it can be applied to a dispute between two neighbours.

Mike also plays the role of the mediator, pausing the action to point out key techniques and points of interest. The presentation ends with an interactive Q+A where Mike took questions from the audience.
