Mediation for Local Authorities

Over the last 21 years, UK Mediation has worked with many local authorities throughout the country, helping them to resolve disputes between colleagues and/or members of the public, as well as training them to mediate these types of disputes themselves.

Types of disputes that mediation can resolve in this application include workplace disputes between colleagues, neighbourhood conflicts, family disputes involving people at risk of homelessness, and even complaints made against the authority.
