University campuses can be a hotbed for interpersonal conflict. Disputes between students are commonplace, with issues ranging from low-level disputes relating to their accommodation to more serious harassment cases.
Workplace disputes between colleagues are also common, and universities may also have to deal with the added pressure of resolving complaints over the quality of teaching that they provide (particularly with online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic!)
Over the last 22 years, we have worked with student welfare professionals, HR staff, and registry workers to enable them to incorporate mediation into their practice, as well as providing an external mediation service for more serious cases that require an experienced mediator.
