Due to an increasing demand for our mediation services and training courses, we are looking for additional mediators and mediation trainers to join our team on an affiliate basis.

We are specifically looking for individuals based in the Southwest who have extensive experience in delivering mediation cases or mediation training courses. Ideally, that experience will be based around workplace, neighbourhood, and/or family relationship mediation.

If you are the person we are looking for, you will hold a formal mediation qualification (Level 4 or equivalent), as well as several years of post-qualification experience. Ideally, you will have a relevant qualification such as a PGCE or Certificate in Education, and you will certainly have an interest in making the most of mediation as a means of building dialogue, resolving conflict, and strengthening relationships.

Our affiliates will usually take on two or three contracts per month, and will often have other business or professional interests to supplement their training work. They will also be able to travel up and down the UK - and sometimes beyond - and will often have to stay away from home for multiple nights at a time.
