Conversations with a Mediator: Diane Nicholson

In our third 'Conversations with a Mediator' webinar, UK Mediation Trainer and Mediator Diane Nicholson discusses how she got started as a professional conflict resolver.

Diane originally worked in an Offender Management role within the Justice System, before moving into mediation, coaching, facilitation, and leadership training. In fact, our very first piece of work with Diane was in setting up a mediation service within HM Prison Lowdham Grange to get prisoners, prison officers, probation workers, and family members talking.

Since joining UK Mediation, Diane has worked across a variety of sectors, most notably with Charity, Housing, and Local Authority sector clients. She regularly carries out mediation cases, as well as our tailored in-house training courses, allowing her to draw on dozens of real-life examples of mediation in action.
