Webinar: Conflict & Neurodiversity

23rd July 2021

12:00 UK time

Recent research suggests that neurodiversity can often be mistaken for a bad attitude or poor motivation, particularly when it comes to completing tasks in the workplace. Combine this with the likelihood of conflict in such situations, and it is clear that organisations need to be more aware of such issues.

This 45-minute presentation, hosted by UK Mediation CEO Dr Mike Talbot, explores the links between neurodiversity and conflict, and how we as mediators can make sure that our practices are both fair and inclusive when it comes to welcoming in neuro-diverse participants.

Who are UK Mediation?

Founded in 1999 by Dr Mike Talbot, UK Mediation have come to be recognised as the pioneering thought leader in mediation and mediation training.

Based in the United Kingdom and operating all over the world, UK Mediation uses only the most experienced mediators and adult educators: resolving disputes for people or training them how to do it for themselves.

We are mediation specialists. We understand how and why mediation works, we are experts in training and qualifying mediators, and we are passionate about what we do.

We know that a lot of mediators are throwing accreditations round like they are going out of fashion, so we will make it simple. We have all of the accreditations you would expect, as well as AIM Qualifications and the International Mediation Institute (IMI). Not to mention, we are the only mediation company to carry the Investors in People and ISO:9001 awards.
