Mike Talks Mediation: Conflict on Campus

University and college campuses can be a hotbed for interpersonal conflict. Disputes between students are commonplace, with issues ranging from low-level disputes relating to their accommodation to more serious harassment cases.

Over the last 26 years, we have worked with welfare professionals, students' union staff, and registry workers to enable them to incorporate mediation into their practice, as well as providing an external mediation service for more serious cases that require an experienced mediator.

This webinar illustrates a typical student-student dispute with our brand new custom training video, showcasing a typical dispute between two flatmates. It shows you the seven stages of the mediation process and highlights key skills used by the mediator.
