Conflict Competence for Leaders

Today's leaders need to be able to address and manage conflict in the workplace. This is especially the case in meetings, when addressing difficult topics amongst teams, and when resolving their own and others' disagreements.

In response to this need, we have developed a range of one-day masterclasses as an alternative or add-on to our mediation training courses. These are designed to equip leaders with the skills required to address the most commonly-encountered conflict situations.

In this webinar, we introduced our new suite of training programmes, while also exploring why these soft skills are required in the modern workplace.

There was also a Q+A with UK Mediation CEO, Dr Mike Talbot, who answered questions that came in from the audience.
