UK Mediation Awarded Cyber Essentials Certification

Following a company-wide audit of our systems and processes, we have been awarded Cyber Essentials certification by MyActiv and IASME, in recognition of our commitment to both cyber security and data protection.

We recognise that cyber threats come in a wide variety of forms, and we acknowledge that this can be a particular threat when dealing with highly-sensitive mediation cases and training courses. As a result, we have been proactive in establishing digital protection throughout our organisation: ensuring the data that we handle remains secure in the face of new and ever-evolving threats.

Furthermore, the certification directly supports our ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard: demonstrating risk management, strengthening quality assurance, and boosting customer trust.

The Cyber Essentials programme represents the UK Government’s benchmark for cyber security, and prioritises protection against incidents of phishing, malware, and ransomware. It demonstrates to clients that we are committed to protecting their sensitive data, and fulfills a mandatory requirement for many public and private sector contracts.
