Webinar: Launching a Mediation Service
15th November 2019
12:00 UK time
We are often asked for help, support and advice on how organisations should go about setting up their own internal mediation panel. These are often organisation we have trained with our Interpersonal Mediation Practitioner’s Certificate course, so they know they have appropriately-qualified mediators, but need help with rolling out the service to their employees and other stakeholders.
Presented by our CEO & Founder, Dr Mike Talbot, the webinar will look at:
- Recruiting your panel of mediators
- Setting up a referral process
- Promoting the service to employees
- CPD and support for your mediators
- Feedback and review

Who are UK Mediation?
Founded in 1999 by Dr Mike Talbot, UK Mediation have come to be recognised as the pioneering thought leader in mediation and mediation training.
Based in the United Kingdom and operating all over the world, UK Mediation uses only the most experienced mediators and adult educators: resolving disputes for people or training them how to do it for themselves.
We are mediation specialists. We understand how and why mediation works, we are experts in training and qualifying mediators, and we are passionate about what we do.
We know that a lot of mediators are throwing accreditations round like they are going out of fashion, so we will make it simple. We have all of the accreditations you would expect as well as Ofqual and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Not to mention we are the only mediation company to carry the Investors in People and ISO9001 awards.
"I can't believe how much valuable insight and information I picked up from this webinar! Clear, concise and informative."
