Webinar: Building Dialogue in Difficult Times
1st October 2021
12:00 UK time
Workplace disputes can often be exacerbated when there are aspects of change involved. Changes to processes, organisational restructures, and differences in objectives can all lead to conflict between colleagues, or between managers and direct reports.
This presentation looks at why people are often resistant to change, how this can lead to interpersonal conflict, and what is needed to mend relationships that suffer as a result.
The webinar is led by UK Mediation CEO, Dr Mike Talbot, who has over 22 years’ experience of working with organisations to manage change, rebuild dialogue, and encourage collaboration.

Who are UK Mediation?
Founded in 1999 by Dr Mike Talbot, UK Mediation have come to be recognised as the pioneering thought leader in mediation and mediation training.
Based in the United Kingdom and operating all over the world, UK Mediation uses only the most experienced mediators and adult educators: resolving disputes for people or training them how to do it for themselves.
We are mediation specialists. We understand how and why mediation works, we are experts in training and qualifying mediators, and we are passionate about what we do.
We know that a lot of mediators are throwing accreditations round like they are going out of fashion, so we will make it simple. We have all of the accreditations you would expect, as well as AIM Qualifications and the International Mediation Institute (IMI). Not to mention, we are the only mediation company to carry the Investors in People and ISO:9001 awards.
"I can't believe how much valuable insight and information I picked up from this webinar! Clear, concise and informative."
