About the venue
Train to be a mediator with the Interpersonal Mediation Practitioner’s Certificate (IMPC), the market-leading 40-hour professional mediation qualification.
The IMPC qualifies you to be able to resolve any and all types of interpersonal conflict. This includes workplace disputes, family and neighbourhood fall-outs, complaints, and consumer and business conflicts.
Over 5,000 people have qualified with us in the last 20 years on the course, with 100% of them either ‘Satisfied’ or ‘Very Satisfied’ with their mediation training experience!
One reason for its popularity is that all of our trainers are practising mediators, as well as certified adult educators. We use a variety of exercises, including case simulations, group work, individual exercises, and discussions, to build up your competence and confidence as a mediator.
Delegates on our Birmingham course will enjoy a spacious and modern training facility, fully equipped with the latest AV technology and full catering facilities. Fenchurch Street has 16 flexible rooms perfect for conferences meetings, exhibitions and events, all on one floor with easy access to the on-site restaurant and luxurious lounge. Super fast free WiFi is available throughout the venue and all rooms are fitted with high-spec projectors and screens.
It is situated in a great Birmingham City Centre location on Corporation Street overlooking Old Square. Just minutes from New Street, Snow Hill and Moor Street stations, the venue is also conveniently located on a number of major bus routes. Parking is also available at a number of NCP car parks locally. It’s safe to say that delegates will have no problems in finding this venue!
