This package is just the job for HR, managers, and clinical and non-clinical staff of any level with line management responsibilities. At the conclusion of this course, if you decide you want to go on to qualify some in-house mediators, you can use this two-day course as a credit towards a full qualification.

Refreshing your skills
This popular one-day refresher package is taken up by Health Authorities and Trusts in which there is already a group of trained mediators, who may have been mediating for some time. We can also leave you with paperwork, templates, and policies relating to the more effective running of your in-house mediation service.
