Book a course

Booking and Cancellation Policy: Early booking and payment is advised as places are strictly limited. Places are not fully confirmed until course payment or a Purchase Order number is received. Full payment must be received prior to course commencement.

We stop taking bookings once the course is fully subscribed. We reserve the right to cancel the course if there is insufficient demand.

Cancellations must be received in writing by post or email. Cancellations and transfer requests can be accepted up to four full working weeks prior to the start of the course. We can provide one free transfer to another course at this stage. Refund requests will incur a deduction of the non-refundable deposit (25% of the total course fee).

If your request to cancel or transfer is received less than four full working weeks prior to the first day of the course, you will be charged in full. No refunds or transfers can be offered for late cancellation or non-attendance for any reason.

Liability: The liability of UK Mediation shall be limited to the provision of training only. In the event of the trainer’s illness, accident, or any other circumstance which prevents the company from providing the training course on the dates specified, then no liability shall be accepted for any expenses thereby incurred by the purchaser.

Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
