Mediator / Mediation Trainer
Due to an increasing demand for our mediation services and training courses, we are looking for additional self-employed consultants to join our team.
Supported by a well-established administration and marketing team, you will deliver our training and services to a wide range of people and organisations across the UK (and occasionally beyond).
You will have extensive experience of delivering mediation courses or cases, or in related ‘soft skills’ fields such as human relationships, conflict management, counselling, or coaching.
You will also be proficient in using virtual platforms to deliver the above services, namely with Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Ideally, you will hold an accredited qualification as a mediator (such as our Interpersonal Mediation Practitioner’s Certificate) and you will have worked in this or a closely-related field for a number of years. Ideally, you will also have a relevant qualification such as a PGCE, C&G 7407, or the Certificate in Education.
Exceptionally, however, we may offer to help develop the right candidate’s skills to the required level.
Candidates are invited to email firstname.lastname@example.org to register their interest.
