Our update on the Coronavirus situation…
While most of our cases and courses are still being delivered online, we are now able to resume face-to-face services where certain requirements are met.
So, as long as a venue can be provided that adheres to guidelines for COVID-Secure workplaces (distancing in place, sanitisation, use of face masks, etc.), we would be pleased to bring our world-class services to you. You can read the Health and Safety Executive’s guidelines here.
We do, however, continue to offer our excellent online mediation service, re-connect, to all businesses and individuals throughout the world, regardless of circumstances. Read more about re:connect here.
We are also continuing to schedule short online training sessions for people who want to know more about resolving interpersonal conflict, as well as our next steps courses for those already trained in mediation.
The same goes for the adapted version of our externally-accredited qualification, which takes the form of three days of online learning and three days of in-person training. Feedback so far has been exceptional and we look forward to welcoming more delegates on to this unique course over the coming months.
Watch this space for further developments, or complete a contact form and let us know if you have a dispute or have a training need that we might be able to help you with, and we will be pleased to repond.
In the meantime, we wish everyone well and hope you stay safe and conflict-free during this difficult time.
